Bus

Improving Hobart's public transport network is a high priority for many people in our community.

And although the delivery and operation of our public transport network is the responsibility of the Tasmanian Government, we will work with the government to see the development of:

  • low or zero-emission buses for all services
  • direct, reliable, high frequency, high-capacity bus routes that make it easier for more people to travel by bus
  • new rapid bus corridors.
