City of Hobart is actively engaged in promoting good rider behaviour and safety.

In collaboration with Beam and Neuron, the City launched the Scoot Smart Hobart campaign, promoting responsible riding, while still having fun and enjoying this unique mode of transport.

The City has also worked with Guide Dogs Tas and VisAbility to create the Share the Space campaign, which reminds e-scooter users to share the space with other footpath users.
