The Fascinating World of Insects
This exhibition will showcase the fascinating, often hidden, world of insects in all its incredible diversity; from the bold and beautiful such as butterflies, harlequin bugs and jewel beetles, to the most miniscule of moths, native bees and tiny weevils. Through the revealing eye of Bronilyn Smith's camera lens and Karen Stack's creative textile creations the beauty and wonder of our insect world will be displayed.
The exhibition aims to highlight the important role insects play in maintaining balance in our ecosystem and the growing concern about declining insect numbers and consequences of this.
