Expression of interest - kunanyi/ Mount Wellington bus service

The City of Hobart is investigating opportunities for the private sector to operate an all-year-round, all-weather bus service to the summit of kunanyi / Mount Wellington.

The operator would need a vehicle that can transport people safely to the summit along Pinnacle Road which may include in snow and ice conditions, and would run the service independently of the City.

Following any selection of an operator the proponent will be required to obtain all necessary licences, permits and approvals, and prepare relevant operational plans, to the satisfaction of the City and the Wellington Park Management Trust.

The Expressions of Interest process closes at 3 pm Tuesday, 1 May 2018
