This planning application proposes the construction of a new mixed use building with seven floors (plus roof and rooftop plant).
The ground floor would contain a commercial tenancy and would retain the façade of the existing building. The first floor would contain car parking and storage for the residential dwellings. Vehicle access to this floor would be via a right of way from Bathurst Street over the property at 125 Bathurst Street. The remaining five floors would consist of seven residential dwellings with four two-bedroom apartments on levels 2 and 3, and three three- or four-bedroom apartments on levels 4, 5 and 6.
