The proposal is for the demolition of the existing building on the site and the construction of a 12 floor (plus basement and roof plant) office building.
The building would comprise of two podium elements to the street frontage and a setback tower element.
Above the location of the Hobart Rivulet would be opened as a public thoroughfare and a small public space/park would be provided on its southern side, fronting Harrington Street.
A commercial tenancy or tenancies would also front onto the new public thoroughfare.
