23 and 25 Kirksway Place planning application

This planning application proposes the demolition of existing landscaping and trees at the rear of 23 and 25 Kirksway Place and the construction of a new multiple dwelling building containing five dwelling units.

The building would have six levels including sub basement storage, a basement carpark with ten car parking spaces, three levels containing the dwelling units and a rooftop garden and terrace with lounge room.

There would be four dwellings with two bedrooms on the ground floor and level 1 and one dwelling with three bedrooms on level 2 and the rooftop
