The proposal is to demolish the existing motor repair workshop on site and to construct a new building that would contain 25 apartment style, one to four bedroom multiple dwellings.
The new building would have a maximum of six storeys, with a three storey 'podium' at the front of the building. Car parking will be provided at ground level for up to 35 vehicles, along with a garbage storage area, onsite garbage collection area and an enclosed building entrance / foyer area.
