This planning application proposes demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new mixed use building with five floors (plus two basement levels, roof, and rooftop plant) with a maximum height of 16.9m.
The ground floor would contain a commercial tenancy, residential foyer, utilities, garbage room, and visitor and resident parking which will be accessed via Burnet Street. The two lower basement levels will contain car parking and storage for the residential dwellings. The remaining four floors would consist of thirty-one residential dwellings with three three-bedroom apartments, five two-bedroom apartments, and one one-bedroom apartment on levels 1, 2, and 3, and three three-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment on level 4.
There is also associated road reservation works proposed within Burnett Street including an awning and replacement crossover.
