The proposal is for one (1) three-storey detached multiple dwelling, with a rooftop terrace, on the frontage of Church Street with a separate five-storey building on the northern corner of the same site which will contain six (6) multiple dwellings.
The materiality of the proposed development will primarily be red-brick, but with contemporary detailing such as brick banding and steel framed openings.
The proposal also incorporates a consolidation of titles, landscaping, new shared driveway and car parking.
Additional stormwater works are proposed in the adjacent property at 45-51 Church Street.
