The proposal is for 26 independent residential units for at risk youth, at 87-91 Campbell Street.
The development would be five above ground floor levels, and would sit on top of the existing car parking area associated with the existing residential use on the site. The proposal also includes, managers' accommodation, communal amenity and gym facilities, and a 'hub' facility.
The development would have a modulated form, and utilise a variety of materials drawing on the local palette. The building would also have a mesh screening, which would be, in parts, adjustable. Landscaping would also form a significant part of the proposal.
