Join us on Friday 13 November 2026 for a garden party to celebrate the centenary of Hobart's beautiful St David's Park.
Get in early for a table and enjoy a free Devonshire tea while listening to a brass band playing from the rotunda.
The celebrations start at 10am and finish at 1pm.
Roving actors in period costume will transport us back in time to the 1920s, when the design of the park was first imagined.
There will be a special speaker talking about the historical and cultural importance of St David's Park.
We will also hold a ceremonial planting of two young giant sequoias, replacing the two lost earlier this year.
